On successful completion of an accredited pre-registration program such as a Bachelor of Nursing, a Post- Graduate Diploma in Midwifery or a Diploma of Enrolled Nursing, the student applies to the Board for registration as a nurse or midwife.

The following documentation is required before an application can be considered for registration:

• Statement of Student Eligibility for Registration to be completed and sent directly to the Board by the Education Provider.
• You may be required to produce evidence of  English Language competence. (Contact the Board for further information).

• Application form 
• Application fee
• Identity documents (birth certificate or passport)
• Change of name document (if applicable)
• Course transcript- final printout
