NMBWA has a comprehensive management system for dealing with compliments, complaints and general feedback from its customers. An extract is provided on this site as is the feedback form. Any communication from customers is dealt with according to the management system and feedback to the customer is regular. You will be informed of the outcome of your feedback. We encourage feedback about the service you receive from our staff and about the processes we use. Regular reports are made to the NMBWA and a two yearly survey of customers who have complained is conducted to ensure that they received a satisfactory outcome. The form for official feedback, complaints and compliments can be downloaded below.

Please note: This feedback is about the NMBWA's service to customers, not complaints regarding the actions or behaviour of nursing and midwifery staff.  For information on those issues, please see Professional Governance pages.
