Regular reports are presented to the NMBWA Board. A biennial quality assurance process ensures that all complaints and suggestions for improvement are followed up and resolved satisfactorily.
Please note: This feedback is ONLY regarding NMBWA staff customer service as opposed to complaints regarding the actions or behaviour of nursing and midwifery staff. For information on making an official complaint about a nurse or midwife, please refer to our Professional Governance section.
