South African Applicants

All nurses who qualified in South Africa who are applying for registration with NMBWA will need to undertake an NMBWA accredited Registration Bridging Program.
This change in policy will be effective from 1 January 2010. For those nurses whose application has been received by NMBWA prior to 1 January 2010, the previous requirements will apply.
Please note: There is NO change to the assessment of midwives who qualified in South Africa.
