WA Graduate Applicant

On successful completion of an accredited nursing and/or midwifery course leading to registration, the graduate is eligible to apply to the NMBWA for registration as a nurse and/or midwife.

Due to the anticipated transition to National Regulation on 1 July 2010, the NMBWA is asking WA Graduates who complete their studies at the end of Semester 1 2010 to submit their applications for registration ASAP.

The following documentation is required in order for an application for registration to be finalized:  

To be provided by the WA Graduate:

Application form

Application fee

Proof of identity documents (100 points of ID)

Change of name document (if applicable)

Current National Police Certificate (obtained within the previous 3months)

Final Academic Statement

Evidence of English language proficiency (relevant to ALL applicants, please refer to the policy below)

 

To be provided by the Education Provider:

Statement of Student Eligibility for Registration (must be sent directly to the NMBWA by the Education Provider)

Final Academic Statement (unless provided by WA Graduate)
